Login and Authentication
Only a subscriber with an active package regardless of the billing status (Paid Up, Due, Past Due, Suspended or Hibernated) may log in. If it's the first time for the device to authenticate in the network, the MAC address will be saved in the VISP software so future re-authentications happen automatically. If the device MAC has already been saved, then the subscriber will no longer see the captive portal and will be brought directly to the login page for the subscriber account portal.
Perform a speed test to find out if the speed limits you've assigned in your test package are close to what you're getting. Visit http://speedtest.net.
