Enable and Setup Account Portal
Go Settings (gears icon) or click on File > Settings and then select the Portals tab.
First, enable the Account Manager by setting the radio button to Modern.
The URL shown in the box is your default Account Portal link. The domain right after the equal sign (=) must be the same as the one activated for your account.
Checked items or fields on the left allows the section to be displayed in the Account Portal. If an item is unchecked it is hidden from view. The Read-only option beside Subscriber and Packages restricts your subscribers' ability to edit those sections (Read-only mode).
Update Passwords Option
If your subscriber is using the VISP services for email, you may add an email address on the field. This address receives password reset notifications from the subscriber using VISP email services.
You may allow your subscribers to suspend or reactivate services in their accounts.
Terms of Service
You may require your subscribers to accept the Terms of Service when they're updating their credit cards or echeck/ACh.
Wireless Settings (sub-node)
You may hide or display certain information in your subscriber's wireless service. You may also set certain fields as Read-only to restrict subscribers from editing or changing the information.
Request for package or service upgrades is sent to the default billing email address for your ISP account. You may select the Emails radio button if you want to add multiple email addresses as recipients of the upgrade request.
