Your subscribers also have their very own Visp.net Spaminator, an online spam filter to increase their internet protection. With the Spaminator, each subscriber can set his/her protection preferences, in terms of the spam control’s sensitivity and handling, as well as the scanning for viruses and blocking of items. Subscribers can access the Spaminator using your ISP portal website, but you, as an ISP administrator, can easily use the UBO Billing and Management Software to access and change the settings for each of your customer’s protection.
There are three ways to do that:
a) Just click on your selected subscriber, then on the toolbar shortcut for spam filter. b) You can also opt to right-click on the subscriber, go to Subscriber Tools, then Spam Filter. c) Or you can click on the subscriber, then go to the Subscriber on the menu bar, then to Subscriber Tools, then Spam Filter.
With any one of these ways, you’ll then gain entry to that subscriber’s online Spaminator, and you can set away.
