To get started, call the Visp support hotline to enable the feature for archiving inactive wireless service data for your inactive subscribers. Take note that once you have requested this, the Username and Password information of the subscriber will not be removed when the account gets deactivated. If a subscriber has been deactivated, his/her usage report can still be viewed following these steps:
